Pull your partsEvery pull is logged automatically. Parts pulled within 2 minutes of each other count as one job.

Create one invoice for the jobA full service covers everything on a single invoice — no need to invoice each part separately.

Get it paidCreated-but-unpaid doesn't count. The customer needs to actually settle up.

All within 24 hoursBoth steps must land within a day of the job, or it shows on the next audit.

Current hires with a game ID on file. Missing from the list? Ask a manager to run ,setgid.

TicketsIf an audit flags you, a ticket may open in Discord with the jobs in question. Reply there to explain or invoice the items.

Game IDsYour game ID (e.g. AQY00761) is how the system matches your pulls to your invoices — even if your Discord nickname changes. Keep it set.

Bot commands,audit and ,bench are management-only. Employees can view their own recent jobs on this site once logged in.
